VIRUTAL TRAINING POLICY

At Triple S Safety, we are committed to providing a professional, engaging, and compliant virtual learning experience. To ensure successful course completion and certification eligibility, all students must adhere to the following requirements.

Before Your Class

Students are responsible for preparing for class prior to the scheduled start time.

• Log in at least 10 minutes before class begins to verify your audio, video, and internet connection.
• Join the training using your full legal name as it appears on your identification.
• Maintain a stable internet connection throughout the course.
• Have a valid government-issued photo ID available for identity verification if requested.
• Attend from a quiet, distraction-free environment that supports active participation.

Virtual Classroom Requirements

To receive course credit, students must:

• Remain logged in for the entire duration of the training session.
• Keep their camera on at all times unless otherwise authorized by the instructor.
• Be present, attentive, and actively participate in classroom discussions and activities.
• Follow all instructor directions and classroom expectations.
• Respond to attendance checks and participation requests when prompted.

Attendance and participation are monitored throughout the course. Excessive absences, inactivity, or failure to comply with classroom requirements may result in removal from the training and loss of certification eligibility.

Student Photo Requirements

Some certifications require a photo identification card.

When a photo is required:

• Students must submit a photo before certification cards can be issued.
• Photos must clearly show the student's face.
• Hats, sunglasses, and other items that obscure facial features are not permitted.
• The instructor will provide instructions during class on how and when to submit the required photo.
• Delays in submitting an acceptable photo may delay the issuance of certification cards.

Attendance & Rescheduling Policy

Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may be denied entry and required to reschedule.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted. Additional reschedules may require a new registration and payment of applicable course fees.

Testing & Certification

Many courses require successful completion of written examinations, practical evaluations, or both.

To receive certification, students must:

• Attend the entire course.
• Actively participate in the training.
• Meet all course objectives and requirements.
• Achieve a passing score on required assessments.

Any form of cheating, falsification of attendance records, or sharing of examination answers may result in immediate dismissal from the course without certification.
