Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 16, 2026


Welcome to Triple S Safety. By accessing our website, purchasing services, registering for training, or using any of our online platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.


1. About Triple S Safety

Triple S Safety provides workplace safety training, consulting, written safety programs, contractor management assistance, compliance services, equipment operator evaluations, and related safety services throughout the United States.

Training may be provided:

  • Online
  • Live Instructor-Led Virtual
  • Self-Paced
  • Onsite at customer locations
  • Hybrid formats


2. Registration & Payment

Payment is required before training unless your company has established billing terms with Triple S Safety.

Registration is not considered complete until:

  • Payment has been received (when applicable)
  • Required registration information has been completed
  • The student has selected a training date (when applicable)

Triple S Safety reserves the right to cancel registrations for incomplete information or unpaid balances.


3. Course Availability

Course schedules are subject to change without notice.

If Triple S Safety must reschedule a class due to instructor availability, weather, technical issues, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

  • another available class date, or
  • a credit toward a future class.


4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Refund requests may be approved if submitted before the scheduled course begins and in accordance with Triple S Safety's current refund guidelines. 
  • Once a student begins a course—including logging into a live virtual class, accessing a self-paced online course, or attending any portion of an instructor-led or onsite training—the purchase becomes non-refundable. 
  • Digital products, online training, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed. 
  • Missed classes, no-shows, or failure to complete a course do not qualify for a refund. 
  • Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees. 
  • Triple S Safety reserves the right to evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds will be issued after training has commenced.


5. Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule their training.

One complimentary reschedule may be provided.

Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to fees.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice may require payment of a new registration fee.


6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Attend the entire required course.
  • Follow instructor directions.
  • Complete all required coursework.
  • Successfully pass required written and/or practical evaluations.
  • Behave professionally toward instructors and classmates.

Triple S Safety may remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.


7. Virtual Training Policy

The following policies apply to all instructor-led online training.


Required Equipment

Students must have:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Computer, laptop, or tablet
  • Working webcam
  • Working microphone
  • Working speakers or headset

Phones are discouraged unless specifically approved.


Camera Requirement

Students must remain on camera during the entire course unless instructed otherwise.

Failure to remain visible may result in:

  • Removal from class
  • Loss of course credit
  • Required rescheduling


Attendance

Students should log in at least 10 minutes before class begins.

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted and may be required to reschedule.

Students must attend the full course to receive certification.


Training Environment

Students must participate from:

  • A quiet location
  • A distraction-free environment
  • An appropriate workplace or home setting

Training may not be completed:

  • While driving
  • While operating equipment
  • While performing work duties
  • In noisy public locations


Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Participate in discussions
  • Respond to instructor questions
  • Complete required exercises
  • Maintain professional conduct

Failure to actively participate may result in unsuccessful course completion.


Identity Verification

Triple S Safety reserves the right to verify student identity before, during, or after training.

Students may be required to present government-issued identification.

Certificates may be withheld until identity verification is completed.


Recording

Students may not record, photograph, livestream, or distribute any portion of training without written permission from Triple S Safety.


Technical Issues

Students are responsible for having suitable equipment and internet access.

Technical issues caused by the student's equipment or internet connection do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Whenever possible, instructors will attempt to reconnect students.


Course Completion

Certificates or training cards will only be issued after:

  • Full attendance
  • Successful completion of required testing
  • Completion of any required practical evaluations
  • Payment in full

Some certifications may require additional employer-specific practical evaluations before regulatory compliance is achieved.


8. Certification

Issuance of a certificate or wallet card confirms successful completion of the training provided.

It does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Job qualification
  • OSHA compliance under every workplace condition
  • Compliance with employer-specific requirements

Employers remain responsible for providing site-specific training, equipment-specific instruction, and competency evaluations when required by OSHA or other governing agencies.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, manuals, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, and written materials remain the exclusive property of Triple S Safety.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, or redistributed without written permission.


10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious software
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Use website content for unlawful purposes

Triple S Safety reserves the right to restrict access for misuse.


11. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all information accurate and current.

However, OSHA regulations, industry standards, accreditation requirements, and course availability may change.

Triple S Safety reserves the right to update website content without notice.


12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites.

Triple S Safety is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple S Safety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Website use
  • Training participation
  • Course scheduling
  • Certification delays
  • Technical failures
  • Business interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.


14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple S Safety, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of our website
  • Misrepresentation during registration
  • Improper use of training materials


15. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information described therein.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.


17. Changes to These Terms

Triple S Safety may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
